Anno museum's department in Southern Hedmark consists of four museums: The Women's Museum has a national responsibility to relate women's history Kongsvinger Museum is responsible for the regional and local urban history, Eidskog Museum has buildings and areas that showcase several generations' everyday life and work, and Odalstunet is a local museum for the two municipalities Nord-Odal and Sør-Odal.
The four museums are owned by different organisations and trusts, while Anno is responsible for the running of the museums.
